Johan has worked with intelligence and security extensively in the Armed Forces as well as in the private sector before founding Intil together with Mina Nadjafi. As a highly trained officer and Master of Competitive Intelligence, Johan is focused on refine information into insights for the clients. He is regularly commenting in international and national media on intelligence and security matters. Johan is a fellow of the Royal Academy of War Sciences since 2007 and is an appreciated discussion partner regarding geopolitical and informational security issues in Boards and Management.

Mina Nadjafi

Mina has unique experience in information analysis and intelligence gathering, which was the genesis for co-founding Intil with Johan Wiktorin. For over a decade, Mina, a certified Risk Manager with a Master's in Political Science, worked with security policy and anti-terrorism for the Swedish Armed Forces. A strong customer focus, innovation, and accessibility in delivery are central to Mina, whether she's operating in the private or public sector. Mina is driven by simplifying complex methods and data collection from thousands of data points. Her goal is to ensure clients can use new knowledge promptly, without information overload.
